Wadi Al-Hitan

I will tell you whale valley called Wadi Al-Hitan.
It is the natural heritage.
Wadi Al-Hitan is the part of the desert.
There are a lot of whales’ fossils, so it is called whale valley. Once there is the ocean named Tethys.
It is said that the era which there are the ocean is 410,000,000(four hundred ten million) years ago, so whales’ fossils are different of now.
The whales’ fossils of the first are found by Bednel in 1989.
He is archaeologist in Egypt.
In there, archaeologists can discover the whales’ fossils which had not evolved.
There are also fossils of sharks and turtles.
They can learn about the creatures which lived long ago.
In this point, Wadi Al-Hitan is chosen the World Heritage.
